Camurri’s Bain-Marie Chocolate Maker is designed for professional users; it can heat and serve in very short time traditional hot chocolate or any other liquid food product (cream, sauce, soup, broth etc.). This unit can handle natural food products such as chocolate, cocoa, sugar, fresh milk as well as ready-to-eat products. The special bain-marie system ensures the taste of the beverage will not be affected even after a considerable period of time. The unit is equipped with a thermostat that keeps it at a constant temperature, and with a mixer to amalgamate the ingredients, so that the product is constantly kept homogeneous. Environmental-friendly and with a simple design, it is entirely made in stainless steel Aisi 304 and complies with European regulations.  It is available in various models, with capacities ranging from 5 to 20 litres.
