ABM machines are an Italian reality exported worldwide. Besides drop biscuits and wire-cut biscuits, thanks to the addition of numerous ad hoc accessories and nozzles these machines allow dosing dough for sponge cake, muffins, cup cakes, doughnuts, pastry for tarts and more. The electronic components of the machines are Mitsubishi branded: inverters, plc, filters, panels, communication cables. Having a single point of contact for automation management allows offering customers high-quality performing machines. Producer of machines for biscuits, ABM has a production capacity from 30 to 200 kg/h. The picture shows Drop Plus TF model, with the following technical features: aluminum frame and stainless steel covering panels; 100 adjustable programs through color touch screen; stainless steel dosing rollers with inverter-controlled variable speed; 400 and 600 mm baking trays, with electronic bi-directional movement; aluminium dosing head for quick change of moulds.
