Designed for the needs of a niche market, Baron bakery fryers are ideal for completing the equipment of a professional pastry lab. Available in two electric models (counter-top, with elements inside and outside the tank) and two gas models (counter-top and with undershelf), they are different from traditional fryers for the reduced depth of the tank, which allows to fry even large products (as for instance doughnuts and krapfen) in a single layer, without overlaps. The possibility of placing the elements inside the tank allows to reduce the tank dimensions, with relevant oil savings. Cleaning interventions are easier, whereas production performances are ensured by the external elements embedded in cast aluminium. Electric models feature partial elements power. Gas models can be equipped with a melting function, useful for an even frying and to prevent a sudden over-heating of oil or fats.
