L’Italiana Aromi has specialized since 1890 in the production of flavors for the food, nutraceutical and pharmaceutical industry. The company decided to take part at Anuga, with its Beverage division, a sector where it boasts a century-long experience and a wide offer devoted to non-alcoholic and alcoholic drinks, classic drinks as well as healthy, enriched or energizing drinks. On the occasion of the exhibition, the company proposed drinks with high content of fruit, milk or yoghurt (30% fruit purée and juice, 5% yoghurt or milk) and baobab soluble fiber. Three tastes are proposed: peach&mango, pear&passion fruit, guava&banana. Particularly suitable for children, the drinks are palatable and fresh. The extremely “natural” fruit taste is achieved by the most advanced production techniques, flavors with authentic taste, and quality raw materials. The semi-finished products are delivered frozen, without preservatives, and the drinks are to be sold in cooling counters. Palatability and validity also derive from the addition of soluble baobab fiber, whose healthy peculiarities are well known. Unique worldwide, 100% soluble baobab fiber is the result of year-long research and know-how of the Carate Brianza based company; it can also be used in yoghurts, desserts, and ice cream.
